Eva B. Abate CFP®
LPL Financial Advisor
Eva is a native of Welsh, LA and a graduate of McNeese State University with a BS in General Business Administration. She is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Eva holds a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations with LPL Financial and Life/Health Insurance with the states of Louisiana and Texas. She has been in the banking and financial services industry for over 28 years. She became a financial advisor with LPL in 2001 and co-founded Abate & Eckard, Financial Advisors in 2016.
Eva is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Southwest Contraband, having served as president of her Club. She is past board president of the Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District Foundation Board and a past District Trustee for Kiwanis.
Eva is married to V. J. Abate, a Lake Charles native and business owner of Abate's Plumbing LLC. Eva and V J have 3 children; Alexis, Vee and Ryan and 10 grandchildren; Kristopher, Hunter, Sylvia, Hannah, Ethan, Madelynne, Kelsey, Darby, Henley and Landry. The family enjoys traveling the United States, motor-homing and tailgating.
As parishioners of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, the Abates have served in various capacities throughout the years and cherish their faith filled journey.
